Strong competition has led many companies to outsource. The reasons of the outsourcing are to reduce costs and to increase quality, organizational focus, flexibility as well as to mediate some changes. However, it causes controversies among companies offering jobs and their laborers, outsourcing providers and also their workers. The solution over the controversies is a memorandum of understanding and by executing the outsourcing in accordance with the law or regulations in effect. Some focal steps possibly done by companies in this context are planning an outsourcing, selecting a strategy, analyzing cost, choosing a right outsourcing provider, negotiation, resource transition, and managing relations.
